
The only other comments have to do with the service. The wine pairings were expertly done and I was pleasantly surprised to see a Slovenian and Croatian selection on the menu and they and the others were wonderful. Virtually everything was delicious although I wasn't so fond of the sunchoke cream for the crab soufflé and the foie gras wasn't cleaned properly but it was still delicious. courses including oyster & cucumber chowder, Dungeness crab soufflé, surf & turf (scallop, chicken, egg), tuna & foie gras, and chocolate - seaweed sphere. Very thoughtful micro-environment themed tasting menus with wine pairings. Some friends who did know brought me here and I'm glad they did. I never would have expected to find fine dining in a pool hall but there it was.
